Based on an ancient Irish/Scottish Law, Lex Innocentium, 697AD (the Law of the Innocents), Lex Innocentium, 21st Century declares War to be a Crime against Humanity, a Crime against the Earth and a Crime against the Future. This is a bottom-up, soft-power, moral people’s law. Attendees at the launch will be invited to sign the law as official signatories. A copy of the law will be kept in a time capsule with a letter to future generations. Those who cannot attend the launch can sign and subscribe to the law on our website after the launch. We hope that Lex Innocentium, 21st Century will become an international tool we can all use in the struggle for peace.
