Library Exhibition and Talk: A Celebration of Pat Arrowsmith, the Extraordinary Peace Activist

There are still some spaces left for the event at the LSE Library celebrating the life and work of Pat Arrowsmith, the extraordinary peace organiser of the first Aldermaston March in 1958, the single event that most put CND on the public map at that time.

We’ll hear from some of the people who knew Pat best from the various arenas of her political and campaigning life. Afterwards, your are invited to join us for a drink and share your memories of Pat, as well as view the current LSE Library exhibition, featuring items from the papers of Pat Arrowsmith.
