This Conference is about opposing AUKUS, nuclear submarines and nuclear waste; and campaigning for a just, peaceful and sustainable world. The military, political, and economic grip of the United States locks Australia into US foreign policy and any future war. This brings loss of Australian sovereignty and excessive spending on militarisation, in addition to the desecration and pollution of the lands of the First Nations peoples both here, and
abroad.
