We will hold a vigil for all who are suffering in Palestine and Israel and deliver a letter to Congressman Chris Pappas asking him to work to stop the violence.
The death toll continues to rise and we see the human rights, health, and environmental devastation this violence supported by the U.S. is causing.
We implore Congressman Pappas to join the call for a permanent ceasefire, an end to the Israeli bombardment and blockade of Gaza, and an end to US military aid to Israel.
This event is not a rally. It is a solemn vigil for those suffering, and an expression of our steadfast commitment to human rights and peace for all peoples.
This vigil is hosted by NH Peace Action, AFSC-NH, the Community Church of Durham, Palestine Education Network, Veterans for Peace-NH & 350NH.
