AUGUST 9th: Sunday: 5:30-6:00 pm: At Homewood Friends Meeting House (3107 N Charles St.): Watch documentary with Daniel Ellsberg, source of The Pentagon Papers and author of The Doomsday Machine. The documentary “An Ordinary Insanity,” was his last gift to the public, about nuclear weapons and what must be done to prevent nuclear war. 6:00—6:30 pm: Listen to Hopkins PHD student whose research is on university involvement in military research, with a focus on Johns Hopkins University’s Applied Physics Lab. A discussion will follow. 6:30-7:30pm: Join us for light refreshments.
