Competition: Waging Peace in Vietnam: Student Essay Contest – $500 prize

Essays must relate to the exhibit Waging Peace in Vietnam: U.S. Soldiers and Veterans Who Opposed the War on display in Marquette’s Raynor Library, April 2 to April 17. The theme of the essay is: “What the exhibit means to me and lessons for today.” Essays should be from 500 to 650 words. Marquette University students should submit essays electronically to peacemaking@marquette.edu. The guest judge is Le Ly Hayslip, Marquette’s Peacemaker in Residence, and author of the memoir, When Heaven and Earth Changed Places.
