The International Peace Conference in Tanzania scheduled for 23rd – 25th May 2024 in Arusha and 27 May 2024 in Mwanza under the theme “Ujamaa, Ubuntu and New Pan Africanisms: The Future of World Peace“.
Accommodation, meals and shuttle services between Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA) and MS TCDC (popularly known as Danish) will be covered. Therefore, participants need to pay for the registration fee: USD 50 for Africa-based participants and USD 150 for participants from outside the continent who need a special subsidy, and USD 500 for those who can pay full board as earlier indicated. In case one wishes to take part in the excursion to Mwanza from MS TCDC on 26-27 May 2024, an ADDED amount of USD 250 needs to be applied to your base registration. Thus if one is paying the full board of USD 500, one should pay USD 750 in total (for both Arusha and Mwanza). For those who will be interested in the excursion, there will be a possibility for them to board their flights from Mwanza airport or travel by road. We are looking forward to seeing you soon.

Click e-services button.
Select and click e-Visa Application Form.
Upload and attach the applicants scanned relevant documents for the Visa:
1. Passport bio data page
2. Passport size photograph
3. Reservation/Invitation letter
4. Return flight booking
5. Registration Certificate (MS TCDC TIN CERTIFICATE)
Then, the applicant will receive an e-mail message containing User Identification Number (that may be used to track the application online);
After filling an online visa application form, the applicant will have to pay for a respective visa fee.
Upon successful payment, the applicant will submit his/her application.
After 10 working days the visa will be granted or rejected.
All information is available on the website and the whole process is in English. Some people can also opt to get the visa on arrival.
