Vigil for peace: nuclear weapons are illegal, the first Wednesday of each month there is a vigil for peace at the Santa Maria gate of Vandenberg Space Force Base, located near Lompoc in Santa Barbara county, California. Sponsored by the Guadalupe Catholic Worker and other peace activists. Gather in the parking lot of Vandenberg Middle School which is across Highway 1 from the gate to Vandenberg. Use the address 1145 Mountain View Blvd, VSFB CA 93437 for the parking lot of the school.
